Joyería Caribe Emerald Museum was founded March 27th 1983 by three brothers when they set up a small jewelry workshop in the city of Cartagena de Indias, Colombia.
Today, besides the original idea of the jewelry repair workshop, we run a 15.000 square feet headquarter modern building, 35 goldsmiths and 8.000 square feet of jewelry exhibition area and a very interesting museum foundation that shows the best of the emerald world and history.
We have achieved a vertically integrated industry on the one hand, designing, manufacturing and selling jewelry with Colombian emeralds, mounted in 18K gold or in sterling silver and second batch cut and polishes emeralds for wholesale or for consumer procedure. We also have participated in the mining of emeralds in the famous Muzo mine in Boyacá, Colombia.
